The Detestable Mr. Leach, who has dropped his lawsuit against individuals (not the school itself) named in the TTU lawsuit, is not done clearing his good name. The Pirate has filed suit against ESPN and Spaeth Communications, a media relations firm hired by Craig James.
I would guess that he has worked something out with the individuals or was given some new information to pursue the new charges. It looks like he is going after libel and defamation of character charges.
