I demand that the fulmer cup and ellis jones trophy awards be put on hold. UNC's own Marvin Austin (well, he may not be with the team after tomorrow) has a court date scheduled for 9/15 for six different charges. I don't know when this incident occurred but it was likely in the last 3 weeks. One of these charges is for forging a vehicle registration or drivers license. These may all be misdermeanors but if the forgery holds up, we might see additional points awarded especially if the SoS of UNC charges Marv with agent violations.
