New Middle America BCS Conference?

It seems like every time someone discusses conference expansion it results in some gruesome death for the Big East, Big 12, and competitive college football in general.

Meanwhile, I'm of the opinion that expansion will look a lot like the scenario below... which could actually be a pretty big improvement for the vast majority of teams in FBS. See any glaring flaws I missed? The only thing I would have preferred was Ohio State/Michigan being in the same division to avoid having them play 2 weeks in a row, but there was no good way to go about it.
