Folks seem really geeked for spring football, even though it's basically a scrimmage.
I propose that the junior colleges start playing in the spring:
1) Many Mississippi Jr. colleges get classes of nonqualifiers that would nudge the top ten on Rivals.
2) People would watch.
3) If the NCAA objected, get some Russian petrodollars and have the game on the deck of an aircraft carrier in the Adriatic, and show on PPV.
4) To effect #3, junior colleges in Mississippi could set up study abroad programs in Montenegro. Alternatively, the parking lot of a casino in Dubai would be a good venue.
