So here we have young Brent Vinson. Mr. Vinson was a talented, promising young star from Hampton, VA. Now many know that he was dismissed from the team prior to the Chick-fil-a bowl this year, and we may also know that he was arrested last week on charges of accessory to murder after the fact and tampering with evidence. What I found the most fascinating is this quote from the story: "Vinson, then a defensive back at UT, was considered at the time to be a witness to the shooting." So the question is this: If the crime occurred while he was on the roster, but the arrest occurs after he is dismissed from the team, does that mean UT is denied of the Fulmer Cup points arising from the incident?
