Since this is small ball, Bake not only calls the games, but he is also a virtual one-man multimedia department, editing video, maintaining an online streaming audio channel, and hitting about every social networking medium available to mankind in his tireless efforts to try to fill up the RedHawk bandwagon.
He used to wear even more hats, including as the station manager and morning show host at the legendary indie rock station WOXY. It was always amusing to hear him play something like the Dead Milkmen or the Beat Farmers in the morning and then call a basketball game the same night.
Most of y'all root for schools big enough to turn up a nose at the Piss Ant Bowl (aka the GoDaddy.com Bowl), but believe me when I say that when you've spent your entire adult life rooting for a school that runs its football program on a shoestring and didn't make its radio job a full-time gig until about six years ago, hearing this call will send chills down your spine.
