Now that the regular season is over (sorry Army-Navy Game), I decided to serve as my own selection committee and seed the teams in a tournament. The Top eight seeds were from the BCS conferences and the two highest ranked conference winners outside of the conferences. The rest were seeded how I see fit, mostly based around the BCS Standings (which aren't out yet, I know). All Conference champs were included except the Great West, which doesn't have enough teams, and the Ivy league, which doesn't participate in post season play. All FBS teams are bowl eligible. This hurt the Pac10 as USC, Arizona State, and Oregon State scored well enough with the computers but were ineligible.
Higher seeded teams get home games for round one
Rounds Two and Three at a regional neutral site
Rounds Four and Five at one of two national sites
