First off: There’s the Fullcast, which this week went bulky at a hefty ninety-plus minutes. We would apologize for the length if a.) the question of “which rapper is best matched with a major college football program” was not one of the most important intellectual arguments of our time, and b.) if you actually had to pay for it, which you don’t. Listen to find out all of them, because like hunting or fishing it’s free, but it’s not effort-free, man.

Also there’s a good-sized discussion about how every college football person on the planet also follows Tottenham in the EPL for some reason. It’s a rule, you’re probably a Tottenham fan and have been one for life. By life, we mean for the past eight months or so. Second: The 2018 Charity Bowl is a huge lad, and we are in awe at the size of this absolute unit thus far. As of this morning, the grand total through two days was $41,202.95, already over the soft goal and well into possible record-breaking territory. That is an immense effort, and we are beyond grateful for every single one of you.

That said, we would also like to obliterate previous totals, smash the record of $52,000 set in 2017, and generally leave everything in the past feeling like an inferior model of the present. THEREFORE:

Our themed donation today is a curveball of sorts. Today we give in honor of the University of Iowa, who last season gave us the funniest goddamn moment of the 2017 campaign. They gave it to us for free, and out of the kindness of their heart, and also because Ohio State decided to turn the Hawkeyes offense into the greatest scoring machine since the 1999 St. Louis Rams.

It’s really a donation in honor of the charity of the Ohio State offense and defense, but Iowa is the vehicle so that’s who we’ll credit here.
