Dwayne Jarrett was declared ineligible last week for receiving extra benefits in the form of Bob Leinart paying a good chunk of Jarrett's apartment's $3,866 rent. Jarrett must apply for reinstatement ASAP, which he'll get provided USC files paperwork in a prompt fashion.
