We at EDSBS would like to be the first to run the other direction: we propose the creation of a Nihilo-Bowl system, where teams that finish the regular season undefeated play teams ranked 20-25 as a reward for their performance. The blowouts, meaningless games, and teams with 5-6 records getting destroyed in undeserved post-season invitationals means...well, it means very little would actually change, doesn't it?
