BCS CONTINUES TO TINKER WITH FORMULA

In yet another example of why college football needs a playoff, the BCS is doing it annual revisions to address concerns raised last year that will no doubt create differenct problems this year. We all know what the real solution to the BCS problems are.... a playoff.
