SEC Media Days are here again which means the unstoppable plodding of time forward and also coaching cliches and zero real answers or content coming out of a media event. There are an estimated [huge number which reflects nothing] reporters and various media people in Hoover, Alabama for the event. You will die one day, and that day is closer now.

Up today, as the kids are mere weeks from returning to school, and you have not yet said farewell to the summer that is already dying in front of your eyes, will be Gus Malzahn, Jim McElwain, and Derek Mason. All of them will speak, but their words will be mere air expelled from doomed lungs.  None that you know is immortal; all that you fear, real.
