FOR MEDIA EYES ONLY: YOUR 2016 RANDOMLY ASSIGNED BIASES

Dear College Football Media Member,

Below you will find the Random Bias Generator for the 2016-17 college football season. In past years, we have waited until mid-summer to release this information, but several of you requested we assign your bias earlier to help you with writing inaccurate and one-sided recruiting assessments. For those of you new to the college football media family this year (or anyone needing a reminder), the RBG assigns each member the following:

- two schools, usually one with a traditionally larger profile and one with a smaller, to disregard and discount no matter what they do next season

- one conference to call weak and overrated irrespective of evidence to the contrary

- one coach to label as overpaid, unable to win, and an albatross around his program's neck.

PLEASE NOTE: this information is NOT for public dissemination. Our industry's clickbait revenue relies on the bias process remaining totally secret. Anyone found to be sharing this information will be publicly disavowed and barred from press box food indefinitely.
