DABO WILL RUN DOWN THE HILL WITH YOU, JUST ASK

Brad Barr-USA TODAY Sports

This video is Dabo Swinney leading a bunch of kids in the Clemson Life Program down the hill in the stadium, which is something he's doing during the season because Dabo Swinney, for all we make fun of him, seems to be a pretty decent human being. We can't get it to embed because it screws up the entire page for some reason, but if you watch it you'll see exactly what you think it is: Dabo being a nice person during the season, something which is pretty rare of most stressmonstered football coaches.

Also, we think Dabo really just likes taking people down the hill in groups. Like, you could probably pull him aside at one point in his busy day and say, "Dabo, I wanna run the hill," and he'd go "Well why didn't you say so," and there you are, getting the full "YOU GOTTA BE AN ATHLETE TOj RUN DOWN THIS HILL TODAY, OKAY?" speech. He probably does this three or four times a day, minimum. (As he should, since we'd do the exact same thing.)

P.S. Dabo truly is the Bobby Hill of college football, i.e. the character you find kind of laughable at first but grow to have respect for after you realize his subtle and impressive range of skills like dancing, humor, and a gift for recruiting. All of these are things Jason said on the podcast, which we've helpfully excerpted and embedded for you below:
