A lot has changed in Tuscaloosa since the Crimson Tide replaced Mike Shula with Nick Saban. Recruiting's improved drastically; Alabama went from the 15th-ranked class in 2006 and 13th in 2007 to third in 2008 and never out of the top five since. There's the on-field success, obviously. Most importantly? The team's strength and nutrition programs have gotten better by leaps and bounds.

Extrapolating from that list, this is what Mike Shula, Dietician, thinks the average American should be eating:

So foolish, Mike. You should have known you'd never last at Bama with a potato chips portion that small.
