A CASTING SUGGESTION FOR COACH

BRING BACK A BELOVED GUEST STAR

After a hiatus of nearly two decades, "Coach" is coming back to network television. Craig T. Nelson will return as the titular character, as a retired Hayden Fox agrees to help his son start a new football program at an Ivy school in Pennsylvania, but the rest of the cast has yet to be filled out. Would Jerry Van Dyke, largely out of acting at this point, be willing to come back to the rigors of network taping? Can Bill Fagerbakke get out of his Spongebob obligations? How much was the hair budget for Shelly Fabares?

More importantly: will Houston Nutt return to the show? That's right - back in 1989, Nutt had a small, nonspeaking role in one episode.

Now that's acting. So bring back Houston Nutt, producers of Coach. He could use the work.
