The announcement was really a formality at this point, but a necessary formality all the same: Jake Rudock is officially a Michigan Wolverine. He's eligible to play immediately and will be an interesting contender for the starting job, having finished 2014 second in the Big Ten in completion percentage and fifth in passing touchdowns. Of course, Rudock's not guaranteed to wind up atop the depth chart in Ann Arbor; this is the same quarterback who stumbled badly against Iowa State, Minnesota, and Nebraska. And he'll have plenty of competition for the job. Let's take a look at the current Michigan roster post-Rudock transfer:
