Look at Jim Harbaugh, eating his personal pan pizza at a Michigan basketball game. He's eating at a normal pace, and taking time to smile and wave to people. Maybe he's going to go home and make Coke floats for the kids and let them watch King Ralph. Sure, it's a little bawdy, but they can handle it. Peter O'Toole wouldn't have done the film if it lacked artistic value.
Seriously, really LOOK at Jim Harbaugh there. Where is the Sharpie-whipping, sideline-screaming, perpetual-scowling man we used to know? And what does this mean? Is it possible Jim Harbaugh's found a more tempered and peaceful approach to life? Could it really be that he's decided to let go of all the hypercompetitiveness that defined him? Is Jim Harbaugh...happy?
Or is he smiling for a different reason?
