Four teams in the top 20 of the BCS is impressive - only the SEC has more - but it's hard to know what to make of this year in Larry Scott's Tomorrowland. Oregon and Stanford both blew shots at making a case to be in the national championship by losing to inferior internal competition, and Arizona State probably fell to Tommy Rees as payback for how they beat Wisconsin. Oregon State was bad, and then good, and then bad again. Utah lost every conference road game. And Cal was the only team that prevented this season from full ouroboros status.
So how do you sum up a season where the Pac-12 did so many good things that didn't end up mattering? Show 'em, Freek.
Hey, at least nobody ran his head back for a touchdown.
