Coaching is hard. Let's not pretend that it isn't. It requires a variety of skills and talents, a lot of hard work, and some luck. Ignoring the loss of starters in judging the 2013 Gators is incredibly stupid. So is pinning everything on those losses, because it absolves the coaching/recruiting/talent development of any responsibility whatsoever.
