Your author is at a staggering 25% at 217 pounds after taking the dunk test, the average male is allegedly somewhere between 17-19%, and cookin' pork is generally somewhere around 30%. Karl Malone in the shot above is somewhere around 8%, but shit, at least we never wore the Van Damme top and bike shorts to work out in, body fat be damned.
