GTSportsBlog takes time to show us that Chan Gailey, no matter what you think of his play-calling or win-loss total, has impeccable character. Saying it mildly, we would say we disagree. Saying like we actually mean it? We totally fucking disagree with that steaming pile of horseshit statement. The ongoing slide in academic compliance, monitoring, and student conduct at Tech is the coach's responsibility, and Gailey is liable for the boggling mistakes in offseason administration and in-season execution. He's been sleepily negligent as a head coach--since when does that make good character? Maybe as an individual he's a guy of great character. As an organizational leader, he's the human equivalent of unstoppable creeping house mold.
