This might be the best example of the Les Miles world that, whether you like it or not, you and I are all living in. You see, the Harlem Shake is basically dead. It had it's time in the internet limelight and lived a long fulfilling life and will spend the rest of it's time with us confusing the hell out of older people who still use AOL. Don't tell Les Miles that though. He likes this thing and he's going to do it his way. Now you may ask, why is this Harlem Shake video different from the thousands that waste space in the youtube universe? Simply put, Les Miles takes what should be a 30 second clip, makes it a minute long, features the extended cut, and still pulls it off. That is Les Miles.
