Since it seems like there's interest both in the Atlanta-area Commentariat and outside, we probably need a centralized venue for planning, negotiating, and referencing a specific date/location. Link is to a Google Spreadsheet if people want to put availability, preferred part of the city, and any suggested venues so the decision can be as accommodating as possible. I don't know if we want any deadline for a decision or just play it by ear based on how people's schedules are being arranged. Let's try to keep this on planning and avoid using it as a jump.
