I know many of you have already signed up for Nick's fantasy league, but we're going to do a site-wide Yahoo! pick 'em as well (or instead, for those of you who aren't fantasy-inclined.) There will be no monetary prize/cost, since we already did one for fantasy, but I bet if we're creative, we can think of some kind of prize for the winner.

For those already signed up, please use this space to discuss the following things, so I can get a consensus for the settings:

What games should be included? (Top 25 for sure, but just top 25? Or the "Yahoo Games of the Week?" Or a single conference?)

Should it be against the spread, or just straight up?

Confidence points. Yea or nay?

What should the deadline be for picks to be in? (Monday of the week, the day of the first game, five minutes before each game?)
