Every season reliably gives the fans a few shocking early-season upsets that seem to defy logic altogether.  Recent examples include VT's loss to James Madison, The 2007 debacle in the Big House, Colorado's loss to Montana State, Mississippi State losing to Maine, A&M losing to Arky State and several others I'm probably unjustifiably forgetting. Several of us also share frequent war/horror stories about the near-misses that could have been legendary if the underdog had pulled it out.  What are the candiates on this year's early schedule? 

for the purposes of this piece, let's call a game "You've  been punked" if:

• An FCS team beats an FBS team
• An unranked mid-major beats a BCS auto-bid conference team
• A doormat BCS conference team beats a heavy nonconference favorite

What games are the best candidates this year?

Looking at the schedule, I would see these as potential punkings:

Villanova at Temple:  Adazzio buyer's remorse starts.....now.

Miami U. at Mizzou:  Could life after Blaine Gabbert get off to a rough start?

Appy State at VT:  Fan favorite vs. chronic slow starter with new QB.

JMU at UNC:  The dreaded ACC vs. Colonial matchup .

Delaware at Navy:  This one has happened before.

Middle TN State vs. ________ :    That looks like a layup.

William & Mary at UVA:  see  UNC game, above

Richmond at Duke:  Ibid.

Maine or Buffalo at Pittsburgh:  How well did Pitt recover from the offseason turmoil?

Bonus:  Any game involving a school with "Dakota" in its name.  How do they do it?
