Tomorrow is Canada Day, and today marks the beginning of the CFL season. The Montreal Alouettes take on the BC Lions. The Alouettes are the returning champs, having won the previous two Grey Cups behind the arm of Anthony Calvillo. He is back for one more run, and the Alouettes are the favorites to win it all again. Three straight Grey Cup victories haven't been attained since since the Edmonton Eskimos won five straight from 1978-1983. This is our first taste of any sort of football since the Super Bowl, and folks shouldn't be disappointed by the fast pace and interesting rules. If you don't get the NFL Network, you can watch the game on ESPN3.com. Enjoy the thread.
