A Different View of The Ohio State Situation and an Invitation

Stay connected for news and updates

As the details of the current scandal at The Ohio State University came to light, I felt what the German's refer to as schadenfreude.  After two different SEC teams beat The OSU in back to back national championship games, Jim Delany felt that it was appropriate to bring up the "perceived" moral superiority of his conference.  Mr. Delany must find himself in such a predicament today given the situation with his member school, so I am here to offer a solution.

I would like to start a petition to extend an invitation for The Ohio State University to join the Southeastern Conference.  The OSU has shown that they have taken steps to build the football culture necessary to excel at football's highest level.  I believe that The Ohio State University would be a great addition to the SEC both on and off the field (let's be honest it is the weakest academically of the original ten).
