Blanx mentioned this might be a good idea to have a thread for the commentariat to post their best or favorite grilling recipes, given the holiday and the large discussions regarding grilling of tubed and ground meats.
So, go forth and post your favorite recipes! I know I'll be writing them down for future use. I sadly do not have anything to contribute to this on the grilling front, as I do not have a grill (poor college students are poor), and I don't know the secrets of what my dad does when he grills burgers.
