Misdemeanors in Auburn tree poisoning case?
Harvey Updyke's lawyers have filed a motion to drop the charges against him from felony & vandalism accounts, down to misdemeanors, due to an Alabama statute claiming that anyone who uproots or destroys a tree on another property must pay $20.00 to said owner.
