Supreme Court: NFL not a single entity for anti-trust purposes

They released the opinion for American Needle (9-0). More after the jump (I've always wanted to type that).

Although I understand anti-trust law about as well as Les Miles understands clock management (is it time to come up with a new joke?) I gather no major doctrinal shifts in the holding. The NFL won't get to monopolize some merchandise sales anymore. At least I can buy some shitty NFL jersey and look like a drunk overgrown toddler now.

In closing, I'd like to note the stupefying bevy of html features I can employ in creating this FanPost, juxtaposed against the mind-fucking absurdity of not even having an "edit" button in normal post.
