"We will expect Garrett to be out there full speed and go now. We expect him to be really good," Brown said. "[But] you should never have the dependence of the game on the performance of one player or the health of one player."

You say you want a Bevolution, weh-hell you know . . . .

Word to the wise, Clark UT2001:

Don’t let your doe-eyed heroic almost Heisman winner QB attempt to run on a killer rush defense; but

If you do let your heroic QB run, do not let him run up the middle; but

If you do let your heroic QB run up the middle, don’t let him stop in his tracks with a rhinceros closing on his precious widdle throwing arm at ramming speed.

C ya in AZ next January. There’s a good boy.

Texas did not lose because one player went out of the game injured.

They lost because their defense gave up 200+ yards rushing and a helluva defensive play to close the 1st half. Impact..yes. Absolute reason….hardly. Appreciate the obvious criticism from all the haters. We’ll just keep winning, thank you.

FILE -- This is an Oct. 18, 2008 file photo showing Connecticut corner back Jasper Howard (6) trying to get the crowd into the game during the fourth quarter of an NCAA college football game against Rutgers, in Piscataway, N.J.
