First bit of mail in our new crib (it's a crib because of the bars, see)? From intrepid reader "Red Clay For Brains", a BlackBerry photo of an actual real live painting of Joe Cox and Georgia linemen fighting tigers, what else?
"Fearless" by Jeremy Hugley. Mixed media on canvas. 18" x 24"
That sound you hear is the bar for reader submissions being racheted way, way up.

Somewhere, Hugh Nall is kicking himself for not thinking of this.
Wait, this painting’s got it wrong. There should be 2 tigers on the dude on the left: One wrapping the dude up and the going for the tender, tender knees.
The helmets make the linemen crunchy.

I’m proud that the folk-art vibe present in the murals at Little Italy and (back before it became Which Wich) Coldstone Creamery continues on here.

The late Bob Ross...
would have to use a second palette of white/ginger colors to recreate Mr Cox, and it would be the most watched episode there ever was…

Odd
that the picture doesn’t show AJ Green unnecessarily celebrating…

Whatever you post in the subject line is bolded.
Whatever you post in the body of the comment is not.

Welcome to SB nation Silver Britches!
Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win.

assuming the rest of the line is out of frame
those tigers would be Al Woods and Lazarius Levingston. Look! Levingston wants a hug!

Also the eyes
aren’t quite as dilated with terror and confusion as I’m used to seeing in real life. All the way from section 325.
An art student at UGA that doesn't despise football?
Seriously, I thought I was the only art student who wasn’t furious that the art school was closed on game days. Except for a few kids who went to games as some sort of intellectual experience, like Hemingway at a bullfight.

It's titled "fearless"
But it looks for all the world like Cox is running in the other direction as fast as he can

Well, I don’t believe the artist actually specified who was supposed to be the fearless one here…
(My money’s on the lineman to the left…presumably Clint Boling.)

I think one of those tigers is getting close to defensive holding.
Passing? Who needs passing?

The next frame would show....
that many tiger breeds will chop block you, and have no idea of what clock management is, especially under 2 mins left in the game….
