ALPHABETICALIZING. APOLOGIES.
The Alphabetical is taking its usual toll today, adorable beast that it is. Watch Jonathan Dwyer bitchmake a Virginia Cavalier and will be along in a bit.

Gotta respect Cook for trying to take the diesel straight on … but damn, he’s going to see himself on ESPN a lot as the NFL draft approaches.

Cleat Marks Dept:
#3, I think Peterson left his cleat marks on the Steeler’s chest or head, ran right over him and did not bother to step around him while doing it, to add insult to injury.

Always fun to hear Rick Walker, the color man on Raycom’s ACC game of the week broadcasts (AKA “Mr. Violence”), get worked up. If he’s excited, somebody probably got hurt or owned.

There is an article on ESPN by Mark Schlabach lamenting that this season sucks because the ‘big time schools’ aren’t living up to their hype.
The hype assigned to them by ESPN.
While ignoring other schools.

I give Cook respect, he got back up and pursued for the tackle…nicely done after being steamrolled.

I was near drowning in the deluge at that game, but one of the best parts was Cook tried to get back up, but he was too wobbly to get to his feet and ended up just kind of falling face down in the direction of Dwyer.
UVa’s stadium is the best 60K stadium I’ve ever seen. The open end zone would lead to fans streaming onto the field 20 times a game in Baton Rouge, but it really holds in the noise. Despite a modest reputation, torrential rains, and less than full stadium, the crowd was impressively loud at times in the first half.
