HOKIES ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER
We have lots of embarrassing photos of us. There's this, and the photo our attorney has on his refrigerator of us in a mini-skirt doing the "I'm a little teapot" dance, and of course, this. (At least we're the ones who've been almost naked around Megan Fox, suckers.)
Then again, we're not sure if there's any excuse for [screeching record needle] HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL REEEEEEEEEEEEMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIX. (Click for big. You'll want to.)
They're all in this together!

Welcome back, O. That clip reminds me it’s time to watch Bring It On again.

What’s with the proliferation of all these wierdo team photos? Call me old fashioned, but I’d substitute the chains and cars and, in Tech’s case, teen musical themes, with cheerleaders in thongs.

after seeing this photograph, and realizing that Alabama is playing a women’s volleyball team in their opener, Vegas line-makers have decided not to allow betting on the game

I’ve nurtured a vague but impenetrable contempt for VT going on ten years, and like that, it’s gone.

Finally, someone makes fun of the GAY SEC team pictures.
As an SEC fan, I appreciate the reminder that team pictures posed by Men’s Health photographers are gheyer than a Mark Richt fan boi.

Its one thing to simply “do” photo shots like this, but #41 and #26 are 100% into this, as if their souls are complete imbibed with High School Musicals #1 and #2. Kudos fine sirs!

The Vols would have done it with their shirts off.

They called “NO HOMO” before the pictures were taken so it’s all good.

Well, I’m out guys. If this is what’s cool now, I think I’m done. I no longer have any connection to this world.

I think this is a fine example of the dumbest 90 of 25,000 ag-school students having fun. I think it’s kind of awesome.
That the VPISU folks I know aren’t having any fun with this makes me feel better about continuing to hate their team with the ferocity of a thousand constipated Sabans.

Hey, I’m just impressed with the verticals for some of those big linemen.

Sorry “now a hoo”, but visit www.techsideline.com, VPI, VT, folks have been messing with this for a few days now (they, uh, we, were the first one’s to post it on our own website,) We realize that our players are just goofing, and letting off steam. In fact, on said website, our fans have been plying with the photo with the “caption the photo..” tag, just having some preseason fun.
I am sorry that we can’t all be hoo’s, we fans can claim that all players earn their PhD’s, and have IQ’s of 185. However, if they are so smart, how come they are not smart enough to win a football game?

What I really meant to say was that leprechaun dance of Notre Dame was on the non-masculine end of the spectrum of dancing….until I saw the Hokies. I now maintain that the Notre Dame “Riverdance” is nearly as spectacular and masculine as the Army Cadets marching onto the field in formation or our University of Hawai’i Ha’a, though nowhere close to the fierce exhibition of the NZ All-Blacks Rugby Squad Haka. I stand corrected.
Am I out of trouble YET???

I still think Notre Dame wins in a slap fight, with the illegal “spikey hair to the face” finishing move.
I am trying to resist, but the comically easy but OMG GAYROD TAYLOR

JHokies-
I suppose you missed that I said “the VPISU folks I know.” It shouldn’t surprise you to learn that I don’t spend much time on Tech Sideline. My hat’s off to them for having more of a sense of humor than the VPISU fans I know.
(I still hate your team).

I thought it was kind of funny.
