Aren't the rules of the Fulmer Cup based per NFL minor league player (a.k.a college player, a.k.a. aspiring felon) and not per crime? Therefore, considering Coop's June 10th 7:29 pm observation Washington State should be awarded 22 points for a total of 31 points. My personal observation is that an extra at-a-boy point should also be added per NFL minor league offender due to the number of charges filed at one time thereby bringing the total to 24 points for this offense.
