WE HAD A DREAM

eggsaredreamy

...of being relatively productive today, but unfortunately life and poor scheduling knocked that dream firmly off its already wobbly, poorly engineered tracks. Hope you have enjoyed your MLK day if you got it off, and if you didn't, well there's always Youtube and Twitter to while away the hours.

We have to prepare for our inaugural address, where we will lay out the agenda and vision for revitalizing our nation and the blogosphere tomorrow. Some keeps typing "FART" into the teleprompter as we're reading it, and thus making us crack up and start the whole thing over again (Holly.)

We look forward to speaking with you tomorrow, America. Until then, God Bless the United States of Blogfrica, and good night.

What is sad is that 80% of the readers of the blogs are Blogfrican-American, and yet
you dont need a study to conclude that there are only 4 Blogfrican-American writers out of 119 Yardbarker blogs, which is about scandalous…and ya cant blame the Blogfrican-Americans, since they have faster twitch muscles in their eyes, which are just built for Speed Reading……., and their typing skills are just as fast, but yet, get overlooked when it comes to running a blog……many companies cant get past the taboo of having a Blogfrican-American at the helm, worrying that they arent as skilled at Photoshop, farks, satire and Twitter, and LOLCATZ even though many Blogfrican-Americans are actually very much skilled in those areas and are a driving force in new ways to communicate, many Blogfrican-Americans find that to be appalling, and just not true…..
one Blogfrican-American had this to say, in a text “OMG! WTF? O Rly? WOOOO FTW

Careful there, Pants. We all remember what happened to Jimmy the Geek after his “fast twitch” statements (too young to remember: he was blackLOL’d).

On a personal note, thanks for removing the “click-here-to-see-all-responses” button/link/whatever you call it. You’re making 2009 much more efficient.

I don’t do new year’s resolutions but this year I think I’ll set a goal where I (i) get a job with more pay and fewer hours, (ii) take my son to some more college games, (iii) … um be more decisive I guess.

I know this is a day of reflection, but this shit right here is funny: Note, could this be what that lineman from Texas was kicked off of facebook for? from College Humor:

Nicely done. Any Chappelle’s Show references get a nod of approval from me, especially any that aren’t “I’m Rick James, bitch!”. Although, it’s still fun to dust that one off from time to time.

I can’t help but laugh everytime I see that coupon. It’s so bad it’s good.

I know President Obama will be busy with the whole Gaza thing, the world economic crisis, the war in Iraq, healthcare, etc. but he’ll get to do fun things, too – like inviting the Gators to the White House for the NC ceremony. I’ve been wondering….

(1) Will Brandon Spikes wear his pink suit with the scrunchy thing in his hair?
(2) Will Tim Tebow wear eyepatch Bible verses?
(3) Will Major Wright take out a Secret Service guy like he did Manny?
(4) Will President Obama secretly lobby Urban Meyer for a playoff?

Inquiring minds – well, actually an inquiring mind [mine] – want/s to know.

Is Tebow going to wait until the Gators are invited or is he going to crash the inauguration today?
