While I’m certainly a big fan of skullduggery, my favorite part of rakrootin’ season is the message board fanboys. Every school’s favorite recruiting site has these (well maybe not Idaho). There’s usually one or two guys who have all the “inside information” on the incoming class, and a legion of fanboys who hang on his every post. I enjoy posting random rumors of [insert your favorite 5-star stud 'soft' verbal player here] decommitting and watching the carnage.

Well karlhungus maybe you can karlenlightenus. Why would Auburn prohibit the transfer of a player with a genuine back injury who might not get on the field again? That is, until he started telling people that mattered exactly how they screwed his back up. Immediately rescinding those prohibitions against the Mississippi schools sure sounds like somebody didn’t do something right, yet you suggest the training staff handled this correctly. Maybe somebody also handed Tubbs a sheet of paper with only the words “Travis Carroll” written on it.

Also, it seems in about 4 months Nall got rid of Ramsey, Franklin, the 2008 season, Tuberville and the whole Mississippi Mafia. I guess in two years we will be told he was also the person who convinced Dye that Chizik was a good choice.

AU’s chop blocking career ended? Not quite, though in your defense, you probly didn’t see that last one since most AU fans had either left the stadium or turned their TVs off at that point.

To paraphrase Cole Cubelic: “The block on dorsey was a mistake, Ziemba wasn’tsupposed to go high as everyone else on the line went low, and even the one in the peach bowl I can understand as a former offensive lineman, but there is no excuse for Ryan Pugh in the Iron Bowl. If I’m the coach, I am pulling him if I see that because he is lucky he didn’t hurt one of his team mates.”

Mr. Ramsey:
I sincerely hope a young man in his position, witht talent and the ability to play and the good fortune to excel at something he enjoys, has the opportunity to fully recover and play again, be it at the Plains or elsewhere. I would never wish ill on anyone, especially someone who, by all indications, has paid quite a high price in pain for the gladiator lifestyle of a college football athlete…

Having said all that, this couldn’t be some sort of karmic retribution for that chop block on Dorsey, could it?

That Ramsey story is bullshit. I wish that the Auburn trainers and medical staff were allowed to tell their side of the story. Nall is an idiot though, and he obviously mishandled the situation.

Lets see Chaz, whose rehab advice would you listen to………your SURGEON, or the University STAFF……..mmmmmmmm………who have,in all likelyhood, screwed your back up worse than when it was injured…….the advice of an attorney may be what you need. The “have you been hurt at work” type injury lawya……………….Wow, didnt know Hugh Nall was “east bound and down, loaded up and truckin’”, 10-4 Good Buddy, over and out, whats your 20?
Coach O laughs at your 4 storys, calls them “beginners”……..almost threw Noel Mazzone through a wall…..
