STUDENT JOURNALISM AT ITS FINEST
Anything easy ain’t worth a damn: if you can somehow quote Woody Hayes while doing a participatory journalism story about jumping into a freezing lake in late November in Ohio, you’re doing student journalism right.
Points awarded for: the oddity of jumping in while clad in a full suit, the shaming of OSU offensive lineman Alex Boone, who gets shown up by the reporter here, and in the selection of atttractive interviewees. We like it when attractive people get on camera. It keeps the barbarians at the gates when they think every American is too pretty to kill.

I think you meant “Holey Raisin Sack” since your testicles probably would have torn holes in your sack and got out to avoid freezing to death in water.

But! It’s still fun, stupid and a very college-y thing to do.
Did tOSU kids do this when Cooper was coach? Because it didn’t work then.

Good thing we gave it back to Ohio State….
(per NCAA Charter Clause 121)
…because if we had not (and the weather was a little warmer), there surely would be gators in them there waters, making that little tradition MUCH MORE entertaining…

Maybe if they would have had the balls to jump into that lake in January, they’d have better memories of their college years…

Balls are only part of the problem. In January, you also need an ice auger.
