That’s the old train station in Paris, isn’t it? I remember seeing it on my visit there in 2005. The architecture remains the same, albeit without the locomotive hanging out the window.

Very good. I remembered the other details but forgot it was Paris and not London. Famous picture though. Killed an old woman on the street but no one else. An investigation concluded the conductor had committed negligence by entering the station too fast but don’t remember the consequence.
