As an Orange fan, this game scares me…a lot. Couple this with the fact the Gators haven’t beaten Miami in a quarter century (even if our team is far superior to the Canes this year), and I’m going to have a nerve-racking, potentially anger-inducing Saturday. “Gerg” is now going to be a regular part of my vocabulary…

I motion that “Gerg” become a verb synonomous with football ineptitude. Examples include:

“That’s the third delay of game this drive… they are Gerg-ing away their field position”

“Look for Pat White to pad his passer rating against the Gerg-y defense of the Orange”

and of course… “Gerg’d!!”
