obviously a gathering of cops of this size is indicative of 1 of 2 things:

- the ‘bust’ was of a significant size/nature

At 2219 hours, as the result of investigating a report of loud music in the Nittany Apartments complex, the odor of burning marijuana was detected coming from inside of one of the buildings. The residents of the apartment declined a consent search and a search warrant was applied for and executed on the residence. The search yielded a small amount of marijuana. Charges to be filed.

So they just “happened” to be in the Special Response vehicle……most times I thought they would be joy riding in the SWAT vehicle, and then get a call to a know party complex…..they should have used concussion grenades and tear gas to break up the party, just to have a lil fun and scare the shit outta them kids, like in Super Troopers….should have loaded a few of them up in the paddy wagon and drove em around for awhile, then dropped them off in their undies on Joe Pa’s lawn….
