THe only thing that would make that picture more excellent would be if OBC was extending his finger towards Smelly and it were captioned with “pull my finger”

Never trust a Smelley Cock.

That picture is the perfect complement to the one in the EDSBS masthead. The differences are a little telling though. In the vintage shot Spurrier is begrudgingly extending his hand as if to say, “that drive should have lasted no more than 8 seconds.” Also the guy he’s offering his hand to was in the process of re-writing league record books.

Now look at the shot in the post. An older Spurrier with glasses is looking for his pupil, as if to get his approval. And the pupil will go down in history as the QB of the “all name” team if nothing else.

All that said, the OBC will always be the OBC to me.

As an LSU guy, my hatred for Spurrier has turned to love now that we don’t have to play him every year and Florida does.

MAN I CAN’T WAIT for the games to start. especially after that Olympic cheatfest.

One of my favorite things about this photo (and it’s a LONG list) is Spurrier’s expression of concentration, like he’s trying to remember all the elements of a fist bump.

From the perspective of years, I appreciate the OBC more and more…he may be dappin’ a Smelley cock, but that guy is still the OBC. SOS was the creator of the Gator Juggernaut and upon his retirement from the Sunset Home for Hasbeen Coaching Legends I look forward to partying with him at Gator games.

People who use, “FTW,” basically are Internet geeks and/or general douchebags who nobody should have any use for, but…

SB, that was outstanding. A non FTW, but the equivalent, to you.

I heard Spurrier on the radio coming home today. He referred to the journalists interviewing him as, “you media boys.”

God, I hope some sort of a library burns down in Athens in the next 2 weeks.

“But the real tragedy…”

Coop-

You must have missed that the USChikin library burned to the ground last week.

Both books were destroyed, and one had not been colored in.

I was gonna punch him for not hittin’ the open wide receiver downfield… it would’a beeen a touchdown….

but, hell, this is South Carolina and it WAS a first down… and even though the game ended seconds later ya gotta be proud of the boy

Steve genuinely does like that kid a lot, and he’s already making noises about Smelley being a factor this year. If the whole Beecher experiment lasts more than three games, I’ll be shocked. But I’ve been wrong before.
