Look at the second photo. Are those two DBs white? Those two kids didn’t have a prayer against Jones.
I hate to sound racist about my own race, but we just should’t play at a CB or a saftey position. Unless we are going up against a slow, big, white TE.

#33,
Julio had a bad case of turf toe in the MS/AL All-Star game. Even with that he still was amazing.
#40,
First day of pads and a large storm came in. Weren’t going to pass up practice in pads, so they went in doors.

@27:
If any AU linemen try and chop T. Cody, I hope the chopper has his affairs in order. The impending “Timber!”-like falling to Earth will, in effect, turn said lineman into a tub of goo.

Unless white DBs have an incredible vertical leap and great speed, they are dead in the water. Know many of those?

Nick Saban Stole Your Lunch Money says:
Jack Hunt was a white guy who played safety for Saban on his 2003 championship squad. Around the same time, he recruited another white kid, Craig Steltz, to LSU. Steltz was a pretty important player on last season’s team, also a safety, and I think he started every game. Both of those guys were probably quicker than they were fast, but had good game speed, read the ball well, and hit hard. Guys like that will always have a place in defensive backfields, provided they have good coaching.

When is the last time you saw an Auburn CB go for the ball? They’ll be running through his legs so he ends up on his head.
