Fake FG? Maybe if Les has figured out how to get the defense to only put 6 on the line… The tip-off might be the kicker/QB standing directly behind the center (has George Blanda been given another year of eligibility by the NCAA?). It might be a fake punt, but there are no gunners. If you really want to know what the play is, watch the routes the receivers run – they spell out the word SUX!

Hard to tell, WarCardinals. If it’s a FG formation, it’s certainly unorthodox (normally it’s the outside blockers that are a step back) – but given that this is Miles, it’s certainly not implausible.

I really don’t think that’s a fake FG. It looks like a 4-wide shotgun set. What they’re trying to accomplish in that play, though, only Les Miles and Trindon Holliday know. I have to imagine that play consists of Holliday using his 3.8 40 speed to fly to the end zone.

That’s actually alternate routes on backroads mapped out since the La. Dept. of Transportation ALWAYS works on the interstate during Hurricane Season & even when the contraflow plan is implemented early it rarely goes off w/o a hitch
