I wouldn�t dispute your disparagement of the crowds at Wrigley Field; however, the criticism is ironic coming from a Domer. Notre Dame�s male dorms are de facto frat houses (only with priests and less opportunity to meet women). At least at a Big Ten school one may choose to opt out of the fat, drunk, unshaven lifestyle.

BTW, Orson, the “boobs” tag on this post is genius.

Half of the boos towards the Genius were coming from Notre Dame/Cubbie combo fans who were rudely reminded of the recent past miserable season. At least Junior got the day off.

So its Escalades now? Back in the day, it was Lincoln Navigators for 20yr old college football playaz….
IF they would follow my grandads rules:
“Trouble Street opens at 10pm and closes at 7am”…..and
“If your gonna drink and drive, drive a mini van.”-Just be sure the registration is current and your have a valid DL, and no weapons or dope.
I’m telling you, a African American driving a mini van wont get profiled as much than if he is driving a Escalade with 24’s…..that tip alone is worth millions in NFL draft day money…..

Any coach is going to get booed to some degree at Wrigley. Chicago is the place all Big Ten graduates migrate to, and they all hate Notre Dame and every other school apart from their own.

Pete Carroll is the only coach that wouldn’t get booed at Wrigley. In fact, the cheering crowd would harmoniously release doves and beg for an encore performance. He’d have 40,000 orders of peanuts and cracker jacks delivered to him immediately. That’s just Pete though, what a guy.

Don’t get yourself all high-and-mighty there, Crabapple Buck. I was at the Cubs game about five years ago when Tressel sang. The boos for Weis were mild compared to what Cheaty McSweatervest got from the Wrigley faithful. Fortunately for your coach, that was in the pre-You Tube era.

And that’s about all the baseball I’ll mention on here, in respect to Orson’s unresolved anger issues about the game he once loved (and still can again, if only he’d give her a second chance)…
