Holly, if you are trying to use this forum to advance the issue of national health care ala Ms.Hewitt, I will become a Coop nightmare. Wetting your finger and seeing which way the wind is blowing makes for poor politics.
Did you skip over Disraeli to find tripe such as this?

Looks like he is calling for the head of Nick Saban before all the cajuns launch all their corndogs into the air and make the sun go dark like in “300”

“Whetting your finger. . .poor politics.”
What on earth are you talking about?

How do you think members of congress decide how to vote on a bill? They wouldn’t know what to do if you take that away from them.

Hell congress learned how to vote on bills just like I did, from Schoolhouse Rock. “I’m just a bill…..sitting here on Capital Hill………”

This thread is already completely off the rails. New record, campers.

Holly, my apologies…BBQ and happy hour excesses are over (however I used to work for a British conglomerate and have prejudices concerning the Labour Party’s socialism.)
Sorry. night, night.

How good did LSU have to be to overcome that idiot? Oh well, at least Orson and Holly have a never ending supply of posts thanks to the man in the ill fitting hat.

I’ll just take it a little farther off track…
I LOVED Schoolhouse Rock when I was a kid. It was the best reason to get up early on Saturday mornings. I learned more grammar from SR than any class.
Good night, Holly.

Does Fresno State still have a football team? I mean, after David Carr graduated I thought they sold that mound of dung with the last athletic department yard sale.

I’m with blon at #6… if only for those of us who are uncultured philistines and have no freaking clue what you guys are referencing.

Hmm, two Sooner fans complaining about the esoteric captions…there’s a joke to be made. Kidding, I only recognize about half of them. I’m half philistine on my mother’s side. Thank God she’s not orthodox.

Ummm… Biggus?
I’m pretty sure you just pissed off blon to an unhealthy level. She’s a saxeT fan. If I were you, I’d wear a cup when you log on for the next couple of days.

I’ll probably need to break out some kevlar too.

hunglikehussain – you do know that the Tories are socialists by the yardsticks of American politics, right?

@17: No, Fresno State has uniforms and everything. It’s really great!

Holly, I have to say I love these countdowns. I don’t know how you so perfectly match up the pics with the random esoteric quotes, but I love it.
