Chris Henry was never kicked off the team by Rodriguez. He was suspended for one half following his ejection against Rutgers (missed the first half against Temple). He was then suspended for the Pitt game for academic reasons. He did play in the Gator Bowl again Florida State catching three passes for 61 yards. He announced he was entering the draft the next day.

Also, Henry, Jones, Harris and other players continuously received personal fouls after touchdowns. Rodriguez’s teams have been poorly disciplined in terms of penalties on the field.

15, I’m sure you don’t claim Maurice Clarett’s problems as being Tressel’s fault. And you probably think Tressel was completely clean with his QB on the take back at Youngstown state. So why is it Rodriguez’s fault that Pacman and Henry were terrible AFTER THEY LEFT WVU and no longer under his control?

Pacman had one incident in college (I think it was the ever-popular Fightin in da Club). Compared to what, 9 in the 3 years after he was done with WVU football? If anything, Rodriguez and company showed some serious control over their players if they were able to somehow sort of keep a moron like Pacman Jones in line for several years. Henry was kicked off the WVU team by Rodriguez, which is why he entered the draft early. Also of note: WVU had no Fulmer Cup points in ‘06, and I believe 9 last year. With Rodriguez gone WVU is already rapidly closing in on 20+ with a couple months to go.

Why is that? I wouldn’t want something along the lines of 4am Mike Barwis death workouts as punishment either.

haha, Grady isn’t even top in Michigan’s depth chart at RB at the moment, Minor is, and Brown isn’t talked about because he had a workout injury. Have fun with that Michigan game, hope you have an incredible offense (for Miami), Michigan’s offense will take a while to function properly, but the defense most certainly wont.
