#6 Holly There will be grumbling sooner, but the domers have shown that a black coach can serve as a scapegoat for a full 4 years after he is gone. For a long time every loss for UCLA will just make them hate Dorrell all the more.

It will be interesting seeing the cracks form over there though, since that “community” is one where you have to follow the (frequently psychotic) party line to a “T” or you get run.

On my flight out of Gainesville this weekend, some of the ESPN college football crew were sitting near me. They talked about putting in their time in Bristol (like it was a jail or something) before getting to choose a region to stay in, and all of them were wearing either Washington Huskies or Seattle Mariners gear.
