DJ QUICK AND DIRTY BIRD
LSU Tigers Charles Scott and Demetrius Byrd–a.k.a. DJ Quick and Dirty Bird–sing and cut it up for you. The song: Glenn Dorsey’s favorite, “In the Air Tonight.” To be honest, we haven’t made it past Demetrius Byrd talking about calling your butt tonight.
Trick love the kids, y’all. This post sponsored by Downy, since that shit is SOFT.

I knew Demetrius Byrd had two ears and a heart.
(And as long as I’m busting out “30 Rock” references, I was halfway expecting Charles Scott to follow up “This is Natalie, who handles the finances” with “And this is Demetrius, who’s in charge of sitting on me when I get overstimulated.”)

I guess Fisticuffs, aka Leslie Miles, was holding out for a better record deal.

Now I know why Les Miles made the team run on Saturday. One has to wonder if Scott and Byrd were singing then.

“We were trying to get Nike, but Fila came hollerin’ at us.”
Phil Collins says: “the greatest form of flattery is imitation.”
and imitation it was.
“That’s from the soul.”

Uh, isn’t there a “D.J. Quik” already? I know they guy hasn’t had a hit, or a record deal, since the early 90s, but you can’t just jack his name.

So we’re overestimating the dedication to scholarship our finely tuned athletic heroes devote to the process?
Downy is soft, by the way, much like tOSU.
